No. It would not. Both files were the size I would have expected.
The premise was wrong. A file can be the right size and still be
the wrong file. I would withdraw that recommendation.
It is in the cutover pack, the runbook and the hypercare plan, because I
wrote it once and it got copied. Nobody is going to go back and take it
out of three documents.
