How to use

Start in My workspace. Receipt opens the Acme project with a saved morning brief for the selected employee. The brief brings together decisions, unresolved work and preparation for upcoming meetings. Its preparation time shows when it was generated; the evidence dates show when the underlying events were recorded.

Read a brief and check its evidence

Read the key items, then use Read complete briefing if a longer brief has been shortened. Citation buttons open the relevant evidence. Excerpts are grouped by document, and consecutive transcript turns are shown together. Open source takes you to the original runtime passage, its author and date, and nearby conversation. A large excerpt count can come from short speaking turns in a single meeting.

Ask about the project

Use Ask your project to ask a specific question, such as what a customer approved or which commitments remain open. Progress messages show the work currently taking place. Draft text appears as the model writes it and is labelled while source checks are pending. The checked response replaces the draft and supplies clickable citations. Stop cancels the request; after a connection or model failure, Try again uses your question again.

Give the assistant enough context to interpret words such as “we” or “last meeting”: name the people, meeting or period you mean. Check the cited dates and scope before relying on an answer. Broad chronology questions can omit early evidence or later follow-ups even when the included citations are accurate.

Personalise your workspace

Tell the assistant what you want to follow, for example “Remember that I want my briefs to cover bakery customer decisions.” You can also manage saved preferences in personal memory. These preferences belong to the selected employee and shape later briefings. They are excluded from the email agent and customer-facing answers. If you want to share a personal note with the project, use the explicit sharing control and review its text and access level first.

Meeting preparation uses the simulated calendar displayed in your workspace. Prepare for this meeting asks for relevant commitments, changes and questions to take into that discussion.

Explore the project and its people

Project memory lets you search source passages, inspect extracted claims and follow their evidence connections in the graph. Names highlighted in source text, mail headers, surrounding conversation and answers link to People. Organization labels distinguish RELEX, Acme and partners using recorded email domains. Unknown or conflicting affiliations remain identified as such.

In People, select a customer for conversation guidance or a RELEX colleague for a collaboration brief. The response separates recorded priorities and reactions from suggested next steps. Recorded names show the aliases used to connect mentions; an ambiguous name is left unlinked.

Try the email workflow

Email demo represents the employee’s mailbox. Open an existing thread or compose a message, edit its recipients and add the project agent in To or Cc. Only the delivered message and any history explicitly included in its body enter shared memory. Messages sent without the agent stay in the simulated mailbox.

The bakery scheduling example can add a meeting and new information for later questions. The UAT example gives the agent an opportunity to correct an important scope misunderstanding. Routine mail can receive no reply while still updating memory. Processing status is shown in the thread, and a failed job can be retried. No external email is sent.

Share an answer or erase a person

Customer sharing prepares a new answer from customer-shareable evidence. Review its citations, then copy the text or download a PNG card. Downloaded copies remain outside subsequent application erasure.

An employee with erasure rights can select a person in People and confirm deletion. The resulting receipt records what was removed. Answers must then use surviving evidence; the original-archive Practice answers page is withdrawn in that workspace. Switch view changes the simulated employee or access level. Start a fresh demo creates a separate workspace with the original archive and leaves the previous workspace in its existing state.
