Hi Robert, Lena, Monthly steering report, March 2026. Status: 🟢 On Track First full quarter of fresh live. Waste down from 4.1% to 3.4%. - Approximately 118 tonnes of fresh waste avoided across the 25 store cohort. - Approximately 296 tonnes CO2e avoided, on Acme's own published conversion factors. - Two caveats apply and are in the detail note. The figure should not be scaled to the full estate without discussion. - On the twelve month question: as Robert set out at the SOW review, this was always framed as an anticipation on our side rather than a commitment, and we have reported against it on that basis throughout. - Bakery build progressing. Go/no-go on track for 15 November. - UAT running on produce, dairy and chilled ready meals. - Bakery accuracy is poor and we expect to recommend descoping it. - Acme's fresh category manager is unavailable until mid November, which limits how fast UAT findings can be resolved.
